  I am a regular to this particular cafe. However, I will never be returning again. My partner was home from working away for 1 day out of the month and we decided to go get breakfast together. He ordered a pie and chips and I ordered a big breaky. When ordering we were told there would be a 25 minute wait, which we were fine with. However, 50 minutes past and still no food or communication from the staff. I went to the counter to ask how long the food would be as our toddler was becoming restless. I was told 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, a staff member came and told us that our food hadn’t even started cooking yet! They refunded us for the food, but not for the drinks. The manager (older lady) was extremely rude and when I asked her to also refund our drinks she scoffed at me and asked why we should get the drinks for free. I told her that she should compensate us for the wait which exceeded an hour and wasted precious time out of our family day! She yelled BYE THEN and walked off.

  If you only allow kids to eat off the kids menu you should state that on the menu. There is no reason why adults that only eat small meals due to medical reasons can’t select off the kids menu. Your cafe lost $19 from your business due to this.
  Never coming back and will forward this message on social media to let others know this is wrong.

  Ordered a decaf coffee milkshake.
  Received a caffeinated coffee milkshake.
  
  By the time I realised (by effect later on my body, not through staff taking ownership) it was too late. I'm a breastfeeding mum and my 6 month old baby was dosed with caffeine, which I've cut out of my diet permanently for obvious reasons. She's now been awake for 8 out of the past 9 hours.
  
  Not going back, it's not worth it for an incorrect and mediocre order. And anyone with a baby, allergen or other special requirement should really reconsider and choose somewhere else.

  Friendly service. My cappuccino was hot and strong. My partners milkshake was good.

  The younger staff were brilliant, the older female was rude- covid or no covid ! I've been a regular for several years, however, it is questionable as to whether l will return. In spite of myself, the food is excellent, and the service is good.
