After losing my glasses and having no days off to organise an eye test Kerri did her absolute best to find me an appointment then when that didn't work she made phone calls to find my prescriptions so it was ready for me. Went in after work and had Harrison help me find 2 fabulous pairs of glasses/sunglasses (no easy feat) and he was so friendly and didn't make me feel rushed even though it was almost closing time! I'm very thankful :)

Booked a full eye check and got nothing of the sort. All felt very rushed and got nothing I requested. Very dissapointed with the whole experience.

Recognized Specsavers in Willows and I had nothing less than fantastic service. Always looked after, had prescription glasses done, diagnosed with diabetes in 2013 and needed to go back and get my prescription done again a week after. They gave me NEW glasses (2 pairs) replacing the originals for no extra cost. The sad thing is I moved to NSW and couldn't take them with me. Keep up the good work!
- Manjula Cox Added February 14, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I got my eye glasses done just before Christmas and couldn't use it as the prescription wasn't right.I took it back after a month and redone the eye test found out it needs to be fixed, waiting for so long then finally called them and found out it was There but didn't get any msg or phone call So disappointed here I was tolerating headaches.
