One of which is she can't eat spicy food due to stomach ulcers. We were going to buy a pack as advertised on rhe wall, however they contained enchiladas which my mother can't eat. She asked if they would replace them with something else explaining her predicament however the staff quite bluntly said they only swapped things out if lenards don't have them in stock. They wouldn't listen to any explanation and only said it policy. So lenards you have lost 2 customers due to this and possible as many more as I can tell. I will make sure to tell everyone as I walk past your store, of the poor customer relations policy lenards practices , whenever I can.
