- JACQUELINE WESTHOFF Added August 20, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆don't even want to give 1 star - ripped off - was signed up to a phone we don't even have $70 a month - was told we were getting free tablet covers now find out we are paying $20 a month for 24 months - $480 !!! also told if we changed our phone numbers we would be $10 off each phone we changed !! NOT TRUE - apparently this was never a thing - have rang and NOW apparently the person doesn't work there any more ---- I WONDER WHY !!!!!! never ever again will NEVER EVER AGAIN will I take the word of a TELSTRA worker again .. ALWAYS READ YOUR CONTRACT ... lesson learnt
- Fiona Lahney Added June 28, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆TELSTRA ANSWER YOU'RE PHONE!!!! I have been calling the shop in willows for day's now. No answer at all. No message bank. Wanting to make an appointment to get on a plan. To avoid going into the shop and to be told to come back in an hr. Then once you come back you seem to be waiting for ever. I can't win either way.
NOT HAPPY SO FAR!!!!
